Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 For orders under $150, we charge $35 for local delivery to the above areas.
Deliveries are made from 9 - 5pm on Thursday for our Wholesale customers and Saturday for all other customers. Please checkout the delivery days for your postcode when adding an item into your cart. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Romsey store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 - 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are :
- Wednesday - Friday 10am - 4pm
- Saturday: Farmers markets
- Sunday: Closed.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
Orders placed by close of business Friday will be shipped the following Wednesday and delivered Thursday to Melbourne CBD and Gippsland
Friday to Ballarat, Geelong,Yarra Valley, &Mornington Penninsula

AS THIS IS FRESH MEAT AND PERISHABLE PRODUCTS PLEASE BE IN TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RUINED DUE TO CUSTOMER NOT BEING HOME. WE SHIP TO YOUR DOOR USING COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS, WHEN IT ARRIVES IT WILL BE LEFT AT YOUR NOMINATED ADDRESS AND THE ONUS IS ON THE CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE IT.
